The Bush Doctrine as a Partisan Wedge Issue

Professor Jack Snyder is a leading authority on international affairs. His recent work has focused on the propensity of democratizing countries to fight wars (in contrast to countries with firmly established democratic institutions). In this session, he presented some of his exciting new work on domestic political effects of the new American national security strategy.
